All rights, including copyright, in Lehtikuva Image Store ("Service") is owned by Lehtikuva and/or suppliers.

When registering, the user gets user account (username and password) that allows browsing and searching of the material in Service. Lehtikuva's Terms & Conditions are applicable to the use. Invoicing is based on completed purchases.

User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the user account, and liable for the costs caused to Lehtikuva by any misuse of the user account.

Lehtikuva reserves the right to cancel the user account after user's inactivity of 12 months or more.

Lehtikuva uses data to deliver and personalize Service, to customer service, and product development. This data can be categorized to: data that the user has given, observed data of Service use and data derived or calculated with the use of analytics.
